Acclaimed harpist Hae Joo Hahn is the first Korean harpist to receive the title of “Meister” harpist. Since graduating from Munich’s music Hochschule she has performed and broadcast throughout the world.
Ms Hahn has performed as a soloist with Seoul Royal Symphony Orchestra, Seoul Symphony Orchestra, Chuncheon Philharmonic, Polish Baltic Frederic Chopin Philharmonic in Gdansk, the State Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kiev Symphony Orchestra in Ukraine, Filamonica Moldova Iasi and Poloiesti Philharmonic Orchestra in Romania among others.
Most recently, Ms Hahn has appeared at New York’s Merkin Concert Hall at the Kaufman Center performing Vivaldi’s concerto for harp and string orchestra, to great acclaim. In June of this year she made her extremely successful debut at Carnegie Hall.
